Fill Dirt

Typically used to fill holes, raise ground level, and backfill on job sites.


Typically used where compaction is required, such as on commercial and residential building pads on new construction sites, shop pads, and raised roadbeds where a compacted surface is needed for paving.

Recycled Materials

Typically used for driveways and parking lots. This material repacks to create a solid surface that holds together well and reduces dust.

Typcially used for driveways and parking lots. This product is recommended as a base material for new roads, driveways, and parking lots due to its ability to pack well and reduce erosion. Add Recycled Asphalt to this product to minimize dust.

Rock

Typically used for concrete mixes.

Typically used for construction sites, entrances, heavy traffic areas, and drainage and erosion control.

Typically used for walkways and as packed fill under pavers. This product is sometimes used as a finishing for rock for smoother driveways.

Typically used as decorative landscaping rock. Also known as Pea Gravel, this product comes in the following sizes:

  • 3/8″ to 1/8″
  • 5/8″ to 3/8″
  • 1 1/2″ to 5/8″
  • 2 1/2″ to 1 1/2″

Sand

Fill-grade Sand is typically dug and loaded from the river bottom and is unscreened. This product is generally used to fill home foundations and grading fill for concrete work.

Mason Sand is washed and double screened to produce sand primarily used to mix mortar for brick, rock, and block masonry. It is also used under pool liners.

Screened Fill Sand is washed and goes through a single screening process. Screened Sand is used to level yards and fill sandboxes and volleyball courts; for when clean sand and no debris are required.

Concrete sand is washed course screened to meet the specification for use in concrete mixes.

Topsoil

Rich Mix is a higher quality sandy loam, with 30% compost and 3% gypsum.

Screened Topsoil is river bottom sandy loam filtered to remove sticks and rocks.

Unscreened Topsoil is a high-quality, sandy loam loaded as-is.
